I just got back from seeing Pirate Radio. If you haven’t heard of this film, it’s about the radio broadcasting in the United Kingdom in 1966. Because of BBC regulations the music on the radio was very limited and Rock’n Roll was not played at all. Imagine living in the U.K. during the 60’s. The Beatles, and the Rolling Stones, and they weren’t even played on the radio.
The reviews for this movie weren’t good at all. But I enjoyed it. The soundtrack was awesome. There were so many good songs, if you’re into 60’s rock. I recommend seeing it, but if you don’t, definitely check out the soundtrack.
